Shakthi Builders is a Chennai-headquartered civil construction company serving residential, commercial and industrial clients across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
Our Story
From individual homes in 2014 to large-scale developments today.
Shakthi Builders was founded on a simple promise: deliver every project — large or small — with the same discipline, transparency and quality of finish.
Over a decade later, that promise has carried us from 2,500 sq.ft individual homes in Avadi to 65,000 sq.ft residential developments in Kelambakkam, and to commercial and industrial projects across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
Today, we operate across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka with an in-house team of engineers, architects and site managers who treat every project as if it were their own.
